Help Box can't install - GSM-Forum

Hello team!! please help. my ***** box cannot install.
Each time i plug and run it, it will start searching for dongle, at a point it will disappear.

Brother,

1. Check A to B cable
2. Is driver install correctly for Box / Dongle ?
3. Which types of windows you are using in your PC / Laptop ?
4. If all above supported, then, open your ***** box and clean its Smart Card tray or Change Smart card to other box or dongle.

Let us know after you try these steps.

Yes Bro, i have checked A/B cable, A/B ok. But for Drivers it only install Generic usb hub. I am using Os window7 on a laptop.
Like you suggested, i have open and clean both smart card tray and the Box, but still thesame. I put the smart card to other box and the answer was smart card not found.
Please help!!!

Strange!!!

Did you try in 32 Bit operating system. 64 bit not supported. so, also try in XP SP3 , if you find same, then, contact to your reseller if this is under warranty.

yes i have tried 32bit, that is what my windows7 is running at, and i have installed spack3 32bit only generic usb was installed.
At this point i am helpless and confuse.

Is these a driver issue? please let me have the right drivers. Could that be a smart card issue?. Give me link to buy new one directly from you, or if it is the Box rather, i am willing to buy directly from you.

well, i have installed the above drivers, but still can't find Box in Device manager.
Still searches Dongle and Disappear whenever i run set-up.

yes there is one in Senegal. But he is out of town. he left for china for past 5 months. i wish he was around.
