You can flash it with same cid at fastboot also you can flash with custom rom at recovery mode,


Recovery mode Flash Step's

1- Unlock Bootloader from Welcome to HTCdev
2- Install any recovery " cwm,twrp,philiztouch "
3- Install Zip at recovery mode with OTG cable or mounth stroage.
