HTC HD is Windows Mobile phone, for flashing u can use GoldCard method or SPL/HardSPL.
if u are newbie, post here info from phone firmware version, branded/unbranded and ModelID - i will try to help u.
and also, why u want to flash phone is there any sw problem or chaning language/firmware by customer request?

bro i request to you if you have your own problem,open new thread for that
now come on point
for password reset do hard reset
note:hard reset delete your all data

With your phone powered off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
While holding the volume buttons, press the END/POWER button briefly and then release it.
When you see a warning message on screen, release the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
Press the VOLUME UP button to perform the reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.

below version of(Desire HD) cant unlock,the response i get is,Error unsupported version,flash your phone or wait for update.Pls how do i flash it? and where do i get the flash file?
