i also see 2-3 people who connect phone with usb cable in H-boot or fastboot mode, and they have errors. now is total clear :D
Also one information needed, this method not work if phone have Custom rom :D But this method support all CID's MID's Sec. Version, Branded and Unbranded Firmwares and all versions of android for supported phones?

Yes phone must be with Original , with custom it will not

why it must be with original rom/hboot ?

Пример да го земеме Huawei U8220 a.k.a. T-Mobile Pulse ако му ставиш кастум ром - телефонот кога е кодиран и ќе ставиш друга сим картичка, нема да бара Sim Unlock Code туку едноставно нема да има мрежа.

Yes it is love letter :D i say to borce that most of Android phones if have custom rom - security area is hidden or not available for unlocking and entering code.
Simple, Huawei U8220 is one of the top popular Android phones in my country and when this phone come in my service with custom rom locked - phone don't ask for Sim Lock, only don't have network. Must to flash with stock rom to ask for Sim Unlock Code when u enter sim card from another carier :D

But i think that with latest update - manual choose of model and creating DIAG file, b`coz unlocking is with rewrite of security area, mid, cid and other non-firmwares software files from phone - all phones will be available for unlocking. I say even HTC Sapphire 32b Sapp300 was unlocked for less than 1 minute ;)
