HTC CHaCHA Strange problem[Phone was hardware issue[ROm Update ok ]] - GSM-Forum

i got a strange problem in htc chacha , phone powers on but when i side its ring to unlock screen phones powers off , when i try to install its rom in bootloader mod with Goldcard inside the phone it shows battery is less than 30% i charge the phone more then 2hours also changed the battery but when i start the RUU and when it checks the information from android phone it always give this error also tried on 2 different RUUS but same any solution for this strange problem ??????????

change battery and do job again,i was same problem in htc pico,and the problem was battery.
