Please, im waiting, i dont want to kill my phone, just change IMEI, cuz im locked in uk, and im going to Poland next friday.. the sim card is from O2, it must be in fone?,

I've instaled:
GPG_UNI_DRIVER_V2
HTCDSNReader User v1.00 - got this thing but dunno what to do with it
HXCDongle v1.31 beta - and this precious thing :]

iv download and instal HTC SYNC from official HTC site.

dunno what now

i connected phone to pc by usb cable, but what chose on screen, usb tethering or what? :] and when im opening HXCDONGLE - it's showing me "smart card init error" ?

when im opening HXCDongle v1.31 beta on the botom it's writed "Dongle not found" so.. i need this pendrive with something on it right? without it doesnt work... its really changing IMEI? or how does it work, cuz i dont wanna pay so much money for something useless

without HXCDONGLE you can't use software !! you must purchase HXCDONGLE ( like pindrive ) and yes it can repair
