this is standard screen of bootloader

chose fastboot and then reboot

if phone come automatic in bootloader,so now phone would be flash.

put sdcard in hxc cable,select model and click on create gold card,when it finish.
put card in phone,then power on phone in fastboot,and run ruu exe ...
