HTC Desire X Unlock problem

Can the ***** box to unlock any HTC phone?

***** is for Alcatel, Samsung, etc... not for HTC?

HTC Desire X is Rooted, S-OFF, unlock bootloader and can not unlock this phone.

Please power on phone and connect to usb in android debug mode!
