i have HTC explorer a310e always restart plz guide me how solved this problem

here is phone details :

PICO PVT SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT-1.01.0000
RADIO-1.10.80.13M2
OCT 6 2011,18:52:23

please let me your history phone problem?
download this apk and install on phone and find your orginal cid
CID Getter.apk
and say me ur cid for flash official rom without unlock bl

you need find ur orginal cid
in fastboot mode coneccting usb and type in adb coomand

Code:

fastboot getvar cid

say your cid

unlock your bootloader at Welcome to HTCdev almost explorer no more restart after unlock bootloader because,after bootloader unlock your phone goes to factory status.

if u cant find orginal cid
after unlock bootloader u can flash my custom rom

see this section
Need htc explorer a310e arabic rom
if after flash my rom so not slove ur problem u need flash new official rom (repartion +update radio+hboot) maybe sloved ur problem!!
if not sloved 100% hardware

1:unlock boot
2:recovery image
3:i flash with rom
