and how can i s off this set it is s on it gives info with ***** but not unlock the phone it show no device found i connect it via usb cable and usb debugging enable

htc explorer imei ok and when insert sim card sim card show and when i try to search network manually it show network list but when i select providor for access it show not allowed and limited service on display show how can i solve this problem
