i have htc hd2 t8585 windows phone with korean language how can i convert it to english also i want to need how to unlock cid of that phone please someone help me urgent ........................

follow step by step.

1.download this hpsl and run phone(phone should be in bootloader) http://www.mediafire.com/?lv5wc6dplgvlux4
2.it will give you option to select spl,select 2.8hpsl.
3.as hpsl finish download rom for your phone: http://shipped-roms.com/download.php...&send_file=yes
4.again put phone in bootloader and run rom and follow instruction.
5.ok so when you giving party?,phone is in now english language

htc HD2 not conected in actvsynchro
when connect cable i have this:
critical communications services have failed to start,try ressetting the mobile device then connect again.
plese help
