HTC Incredible S CID change successfully

ONLY USB CABLE

You changed the CID from HTC__038 (India) to 11111111 (SuperUser)

Can you also do the other way? From 11111111 to HTC__038?
Or from HTC__038 to HTC__001?

Can you also change MID (modelid)?
For example from PG3213000 to PG3212000?

You wrote ONLY USB CABLE.... what does it mean?
Is that the RED or the GREEN cable?

you just need hxcdongle and a microusb cable.
yes you can change cid like From 11111111 to HTC__038..
no any red or green cable need for this model,and this time you can't change mid,will be supported soon...

Is there any trick in changing CID, coz I can't change mine. I use v3.15 and process finishes but CID stays the same.

sorry, I don't have any photoshop on this computer yet but basically I have tried Create Goldcard, s-off, direct unlock then change CID. I have also tried rooting phone using superoneclick then change CID. Nothing seems to work. CID still stays the same. Phone info:

Model: Incredible S [vivo-128]
os: Android 2.3.3 GRI140
Firmware: 2.34.980.1_2.6.35.9-g9d754b2
Radio: 20.2810.30.085AU_3805.07.03.05
Boot: 1.16.000
MID: PG3213000
CID: OPTUS001

I'll try and post screen shot later if the above info doesn't help.

Please try to update your phone with is rom and root phone manually.

I haven't been able to update my phone with your firmware. It always stops at 22% at uploading data. I have also tried version 3.14 and got the same result.

how i can do this without htc dongle?
my phone is s-on with hboot 2.0

then someone will help you,post here only for hxc dongle.

whats os android ?
if new boot loader androide 2.3.5 hboot 2.00.0000 try unlock boot loader with htcdev.com after it flash cwm so install this zip http://www.fars-gsm.net/behtash/CWM-SuperSU.zip in cwm
after all try for change cid with HxCDongle 3.15 tool and usb...
if low hboot version hxc coble easy try s-off and super cid it...

Sorry, I don't understand the cwm thing, how should I do with that .zip file?
