i have managed to unlock the bootloader
phone is not s off
i have also installed philzrecovery through fastboot
i have also send the rootfile su through sideload

now how can i flash this phone i have tried several roms.zipz through sideload but no luck plz help me

If phone is S-ON you must need of Relock Bootloader first of flash ROM, and cannot flash ANY rom but only what mutch with you Cid....if use Search button can have miracle from this same forum...

relock bootloader i understand this
then you are saying falsh of first rom what do you mean by that
then you are saying what much of your cid i didnt understand what are you trying to say

if you want write stock rom then relock the bootloader and find stock rom for same cid phone, : VODAP001,

had thinked that him know how write one ROM in HTC S-ON...but i was on wrong way...

how can i flash with recovery you mean by sideload or by fastboot
which cmd comand i need to use
i ahev already installed philz recovery by fastboot
do i need to relock my bootloader before your file

you can via install sideload or via otg cable,

loock:

if you want write stock rom then relock the bootloader

install TWRP 2.6.3.3 for M7_UL, (work with charme), not use PhilzRecovery, via fasboot cmd

then go in Advanced/install via Sideload....

You are S-ON, so you have need of relock bootloader...
