I have htc magic my touch 3g , but its on google activation mode . I am able to open menu , so that i can select usb debugging mode for unlocking. Plz help what to do.

no,you can't open menu,use hxcpro tool for unlock your phone,and bypass google activation.

i know but problem is how to set debugging mode so
that i can unlock it with dongle.

with hxc protool no need to on usb debugging,just select boot manually and unlock your phone.

you need internet active sim for bypass activation.
