i have htc nexus one when i make power on the mobile it is show only x symbol so how to make solved this problem?

try to hard rest it fst , what is the status of phone before ?

i did hard reset but no use before i dont know the status bcoz customer bring that status that mobile

do on phone in bootloader and post here all details.
