Sprint HTC devices are not SIM-LOCKED.
They are flag locked.
Search bit you may found some old post regarding sprint unlock.

and copy zip file into your internal memory.
3.open adb tool (i suppose you know how to use it) and type this to flash recovery
"fastboot flash recovery recovery-clockwork-touch-6.0.4.8-m7spr.img"
without the quote.

4.reboot by doing volume down + power ; scroll down to recovery ; and hit power button ; when cwm menu appear select install from zip ; choose the zip file and flash it don't worry it can take many times just wait.

5.don't forget to wipe davilk cache in advanced menu of cwm menu. reboot your phone .

6. download root explorer and go download this file HtcOMADM_SPCS.apk here

7.install root explorer and copy HtcOMADM_SPCS.apk to your phone internal memory.
8.open root explorer supersu will popup just agree and go to /system/app/ and found HtcOMADM_SPCS.apk rename it to HtcOMADM_SPCS.bak
9.go back and copy the old apk we copy "HtcOMADM_SPCS.apk " below to /system/app/
10.just open cmd.exe on windows and do this command

adb shell
su
am start com.redbend.vdmc/com.htc.omadm.test.TestMainActivity
11.look into your phone screen Select API
Then scroll down and select Simlock

12.power off your phone put simcard and reboot your phone.
you phone has been unlocked.
13 go back to root explorer and delete HtcOMADM_SPCS.apk and rename
HtcOMADM_SPCS.bak to HtcOMADM_SPCS.apk.

finish enjoy your htc one sprint
