HTC Pro cable problem


All driver are installed correctly. but my HTC Pro seems to be having connection issues. Can anyone give me an idea as to what to do?

Please disconect all SmartCard Devices and other boxes.
Also did u use red standalone cable or green

I have a green dongle, and a red standalone cable. when I plug the dongle it works with out a problem. but like you see in the image I posted, the software does not recognize the cable. I'm backed up with a lot of customers complaining. I really don't want to purchase the code by remote server.

you did tried in any other pc?
team id mean teamviewer,etamviewer is a remove desktop access software.

I found a solution on this forum where I installed the HXCDongle program in a seperate folder. It worked. I think you guys should fix this probkem inyour next update.

it is not a bug,i gave you this solution in my first post,this problem cause new exe with old dll.
