why u guys dont say how u unlocked the phone?
i am using this program and i am starting to think it *****, so hope you guys can explain how and what you did to unlock the htc phones so i can say the program is great.

Hello, DAVE2613.
First HXC don't *****. Some of Sensation are supported and some not supported.
Models with factory 2.3.4 firmwares have high security and must first to s-off manualy phone with third-party application than u can unlock, etc...
Contact me @ skype: alfa.mobil or wait, in near future we will update officialy HXC Pro Tool for unlocking Sensation.

so how to use it? almost every htc i try does not work. iupdate to 3.06 and then it cant find dongle, but if i use 2.05 it finds dongle. its very weird program in my opinion.
cant get it to work on any phone, even older phones, if anyone can explain how to make it work ill gladly listen

Did u try with new 3.11 version?
Try to create gold card with HXC Pro Tool and put card in phone, than - read codes.
