| yes i think product supporter should reply this promptly,,, although this team consist on big name of this arena like FAISAL COMPUTER ,inspite of that if they takes a lot of time to delever new updates ,,, |

| when we will pay for extra costs activation ....they will make 2 updates and another activation . Always when i try to use this software i must take htc clip from manole why , always bugs in HXC dongle software , never fixed |
