Dongle SN: 67EF89F1 V: 2.00, not activated, activated dongle is required

please activate my dongle. thanks

You are new user or this is problem after installing hxc on another pc?
Activation u can do it manualy

in maintenance click on activate and do activation.

sometimes this problem can be accurate if u have another dongle or smart card device on ur pc.
Also on slow and old pc can stuck hxc dongle and can't read activation.

br maintenace option is not highlighted. i cant enter in this option.problem is still there.

1. uninstall all smart card drivers from device manager.
2. Remove all smart card devices from ur pc.
3. put only hxc dongle in ur pc - usb port.
4. Run HXC software 3.10 and wait, if still ask for activation - activate, if fail - post screen shoot.
