So i bought it in dubai in may. I supposed to get the new package but the reseller gave the old. Now how to get my cables?

hi am really stuck on this error..SWİTCİNG TO APP MODE..os xp sp3 32 bit..all new drivers installed..l use htc dongle+acticated ***** box..is there any solution for this..last one week l cant do anything..
