HXC Red cable with Verizon Trophy[answered] - GSM-Forum

Hello

Trying to unlock Verizon HTC Trophy using HXC Red Cable. When phone starts it switches to USB host mode, then "No image file". Please help.

Seems this model is unsupported... If I rename SPARDIAG.nbh file to SPAWDIAG.nbh it starts but fails on message "Jump to diagnostic"(seems data in nbh file for GSM Trophy is not ok for CDMA/GSM Trophy). Dear supporter - is it possible to add this phone to the list?

ATM cdma not supported we will try our best to add this model.

Formet Sdcard to fat32 then download attached files and extract in sdcard then do father process.

The problem is - this model is dual standart CDMA/GSM phone. Its different from GSM Trophy and looks for SPAWDIAG.NBH file on SD but not SPARDIAG.NBH. If I rename this file on SD process starts but hangs on "Jump to Diagnostics". I suppose this model needs investigation and new diagnostic file needs to be created - if I'm not right and this file is ok - just tell me so - I'll try it at the evening.

Just a quick shot - I noticed many referances in diagnostic file resources to "SPARDIAG.NBH" file name and also "SPARIMG.NBH". Maybe changing these resource strings to correspondent "SPAWDIAG.NBH" and "SPAWIMG.NBH" and recompile should do a job?

i think your Trophy is cdma we need phone for add.

Well the mode the phone is operating you choose from its menu - in CDMA mode it has MEID (pESN) and in GSM mode it uses SIM-card and has IMEI as all other phones(and also asks for unlock code). Maybe we should continue our communication in Skype (panatar).
