please guide me how to recover or reflash my htc legend with hxc tool when stuck at htc kogo. can see boot mode
hboot 0.43.0003
microp-0816
radio-7.08.35.21
what file should i download from support to get it working?
one more question, if i have to unlock again after reflash? if yes then which unlock supported version to be flashed.
please help as iam newbie in htc

All version of HTC Legend are supported, but before flashing u need gold card if u have branded firmware or cid.
Try to download this exe file, and start from pc, connect phone in fast usb, not h-boot mode

and if u have any error - write here, i will try to help u.
That firmware is first stock rom.

When u try to flash, u get error Custimer ID error?
yes if u have gold card from HXCdongle - will bypass this error.

ruu shows update rom version from 2.10.178.1 to 1.23.405.1.after inserting gold card and connecting fone in usb fast boot , ruu gives same customer id error

download proper rom for your phone.
exm:if your phone come with o2 so download o2 rom if your phone come with orange download orange rom.

hmmm
make s-off with hxc protool then you can easily bypass custom id error.
if you not have protool cables try to make gold card again maybe gold card not making properly so make gold card again and try.

S-off can't be maked in fast boot by hxc, with HXCpro Tool Cables can be

Yes bro now i notice he's say phone is in htc logo and he making gold card with hxc dongle
how bro how you making gold card b,coz for making gold card you need on and ok phone.

yes brother, i checked the hboot of my legend and made gold card in htc clip for same boot version.
one more thing i tried to clear s58 data with htc clip and think it may help me to bypass customer id error while flashing the ruu.
i dont know whether i am right but tried such .
but i need to flash it.
2) how we can flash htc flash files from hxc dongle support. should i have to download all for my legend and try one by one to flash? so for the customer id error may not come
3) what is the exact way to flash with dongle as i cannot get it from video tutorial.

now your phone is s-on or s-off ?
i think s-on right?
and you successfully clear s58 data?
if yes your second point is right.

You are in wrong section, this is only for HXCdongle. I don't know and don't have information that XTC Clip gold card is working. If u have CID error - that mean: Not Working.
