my touch 3g unlock error - GSM-Forum

i have my touch 3g not slid with this details

sapp31000 32a
hboot 1.33.0013

from t mobile usa

i have dongle and pro cable

when i use only dongle give me error 11
when i use cable after i choose clean s58 and press power phone
dont make any thing

i make search and see alot of user have same problem without answer

i hope hxc answer with real solution

when you clear s58 data,what is showing?

in phone screen only clean s58

an nathig in screen

press trackball in center,then it give you more option.

thk for quick replay

i mean in the last step

from frist
phone sow 2 option clean and info
i choose clean after i press power to confirm
phone wite wait dio to ready in down of screen
after that in upper clean s58
nathing else i try all phoe buttons but not succes
only hen i press power show unlock error

when you see clear s58 data put usb in phone and then clear s58 data
check and post result.
