please anybody have the arabic rom for htc explorer A310e please sent me or please give the link the mobile is S-ON its possible to flash arabic language or not and how to flash please describe me ...

Thanks alot brother ,,,, i have just UNLOCK BL of my 3 htc explorer anf know all r on factory setting ,,,,but one thing ,,if you could guide me ,,, know security is OFF and showing UNLOCKED ,,,,,, if i want to FLASH your given custom rom ,,,which is in ARABIC too ,, how can i flash it ? I will be realy gratefull if you could kindly tell me the complete procedure ,,,,thanks in advance.

dear unlock bl not s-off not security off not nand partion writeable ...
unlock bl for dev and write cwm and other recovery for instal custom rom .root.app2sd and...

download this recovery
extract it connect usb an enable usb debugging anr run flash recovery.bat
waiting until reboot bootloader an flash cwm
after rest u can go to hboot menu and select recovery
in recovery you can flash this my custom rom(install zip)

Ohhhhhhhh,,thanks alot brother ,,, i done it all first time any HTC have change custom rom ,, realy the way u teach me ,,,its realy very very simple and all above easy to understand.:) ..

Know last thing for example if i have HTC desire s or wildfire s ,,, is this same way to install custom firmware ? or something else and what about recovery files of this both models ,,means from where i can download it means wildfire S and desire s recovery files ?
