using Hxc dongle. i selected usb debug mode, connect phone via usb, press unlock. phone went through process and reboot but still lock. can anyone help. thanks.

can you post screen shot here,and you know for unlock android version should be 2.2,if your phone is higher,downgrade it first or unlock with hxcpro cables.

it has 2.3.3. when using pro cable it says no diag file found. tried manual get error when clean s58 data.

Hi Guys,
I am trying to unlock a HTC Incredible S using the HXC Dongle Pro tool (with green cables).

I have tried:
1. Full Unlock - But part of the way through the process it comes up with "Error, DIAG file not found for selected model"

2. Direct Unlock - but the button just stays highlighted green and the software does not seem to do anything.

We are using Windows 7 x64, HXC Pro tool v3.12, green cables.

The phone is Australian Optus branded brand new out of the box. No custom roms loaded on it.
