Phone dosn't connect with HXC Pro dongle - GSM-Forum

Hi Guys,
is ther any one can help to figure out, I recently bought HXC Pro dongle (Green) after 4 days (everyday spent 8 hours) to figure it out this device to install it properly with drivers+Registarion done by Faisal (Thanks).

Now HXC Dongle v13.5 detect my dongle + the pro cable. When I connect the phone, it read the info of phone but i can't click any button to service the phone. I findout throught the previous posts that i have to create Android Composite ADB Interface, I tried to follow all the posts and instructions but it dosn't detect the HTC Android Driver. I re-installed and downloaded driver 5 times, evertime same result.

I did install it on Win XP 32bit, also I tried on Window Ultimate 7 32bit but the result is the same......

It looks like I wasted money and time on these tools.......

But still hope....lets see if anyone can help....................................

is you installed htc sync and active sync ?
and it would be great if you tell us which phone you have in your hand ?

Yes I have installed HTC Sync. but active sync...

2 model I tried > HTC Wildfire S (A-510a) and X710A (HTC Raider)
