Hello, I am a new user, I can not read the Serial number to hxcdongle.
I run HTCDSNReader User v1.00.exe
I have been waiting for 20 minutes dongle sn still blank.
Please help me, thank you.
I used xp, I do not know the drivers are installed properly.
I have installed other boxes. Nspro, polarbox.

Hello,to read serial no you need serial no reader 2.0.
