HELLO im new user of this tool im litte frustated because i dont really know how this tool it work pls give a hand i just have hxcprocable redone i already register ok ...when i put cable i can see cable is conected ok in botton rithg in soft ..ok so i have an htc snap i shoose it in soft when i press fullunlock booton an screen shot it come up said it i wants create a gold card i choose ok then when i said create a gold card on bootn in soft said error while creating a gold card ....i put a 1 gig memory card already formated in fat 32 this when i choose create a gold card but i reade in this forum that with this cable this mobile dosent need to create gols card so when i choose again fullunlok that screen shot it come up again then unthiked both and press ok then in soft said waiting fo s58 then i took memory card from pro cable then i put in phone then i press volume dowm plus power and sometime star loading it take like one minutes and screen come up again red color on top green on middel and blue and white botton it said serial in white part i mena nothing happen pls help me what i doing wrong THANKS IN ADVANCE im new user

Please change sdcard and must tic on both gold card and diag.
