Now is this "error while Creating gold card" I had to unlock it with xtc clip. I hope you tell me what the problem is because xtc clip works very well. tested with version 3.06, and does not create the GoldCard

I buy hxc protool red. GPGIndustries and can not answer if it is a programming bug or is my box is damaged. I do not buy decorative box to have it, I want to use. or me solve my problem or give me back my money.

1. U have HTC Magic a.k.a. Sapphire and on screen i see that is selected HTC My Touch 3g Slide

here is the diferences:
This is probably ur phone - My Touch 3g a.k.a. HTC Magic or Model ID Sapphire, Sapp300 is not supported by USB unlocking yet by HXCdongle.


This is model what u choose on the picutre


and here is one tip:
No need to connect phone if u use only HXCpro cable to PC. Only manual choose what model u want to unlock!
Click Full Unlock + blabla option and choose what H-boot u want to unlock:


Sapp300 is Magic 32B phone and is not supported for now by any tool except J-tag boxes, but voila! Before 2 days i just unlocked 2 pcs sucesfull with choose h-boot 1.33.x007 i know that Sapp300 have h-boot 1.33.x006 but it works!!!

Ok, tnx for report. From this wednesday all HTC Magic / Sapphire HTC Phones are supported by HXC pro Cables.

first of all I followed the steps in the video.

first turn on my phone
seconds to synchronize the phone selects
third connect the USB cable
fourth click autodetect (android)
selects the same autodect me slide t-mobile 3g
besides confirming that it is a t-mobile 3g htc slide and not a magic 32b.
click unlock fifth full
(after "Creating error while gold card")

Today I tried everything manually and if I think the GoldCard so it's a bug with the software

w/o connecting to cable

Which card I should use to create gold card? I've got 1GB and while creating goldcard i've got message -> 'error while creating goldcard...' I have got the newest software and full update pro tool and hxc dongle (green) !! Can you explain it? I want to create goldcard for HTC DESIRE.

2GB is best,and must format card to fat23.
