Galaxy Note 3 SMART LOCK ANDROID VERSION: 4.4.2
AFter Root with VRoot_1.7.3.4863 the Unlock with latest version, it says Unlock Done but Phone was still locked, I repeated the procedure almost 8 hours but still no luck. I unlocked the phone via Online Codes (I bought the code)
