I just received my dongle and it doesn't work. Its been a nightmare trying to get reader drivers etc and eventually I managed to get reader and V1.10 of soft But cant register because reader cant read card and software say "Dongle not Found" Tried numerous occasions to talk to support without success except for sales support who couldn't help. I dont suppose there is anything can be done here? Or do I have to wait another 4 weeks (or more) to get replacement card

Thank you, Ive solved the problem now. The problem was that webside wouldn't allow me to download program. and although I had reader v1 and reader v2 neither can see dongle to read serial. I tried using software downloaded from other forum and that didn't work. But last night someone put link for latest version in this forum and when I downloaded this and ran it latest version saw my dongle showed SN and allowed me to register and activate dongle. So Problem was because I couldnt read serial I couldnt register and so couldnt get latest version and so on.

Anyway working now and I'm very impressed.

I spoke to support two weeks ago and emailed them a screen shot of dongle running as they requested but not heard anything back.
