i have been having this problem with my dongle .....update dongle is required....i have remove all boxes and dongle and even used a fresh pc but the same problem and i ask nobody try to help, i hope i find answer to my problem here.

I seem to have a driver problem, device manager shows an exclamation mark on smart card. I'm using windows 7 64bit. I first installed GPGunidrivers V2 then ROCKEY200 driver, still same problem.

Hi,
I can't register my HXC Dongle.
WRITE on the hxcdongle.com: Sorry , illegal serial number.
I download HXC PRO TOOL 3.10 then write: not registered, registration required.
I push the register button then write: ERROR, REGISTRATIONS LIMIT.
Another HXC Dongle is working on my computer.

I have the exact same problem. Error, registrations limit. what the heck those that mean? Isyour PC not seeing you smart card too?
