Hello, I have a problem with a green cord, we constantly look for update cable type. When do I eject a message hxc pro cable required new dongle, then place the data cable is sn: 2DExxxxx V: 2.0 (new) means the program is recognized by hxc and pro dongle cable but I do not have any options on it

you have old hxc dongle and new green cable.
old dongle not work with new green cables.
