problem with htc touch diamond.....using pro tool[answered] - GSM-Forum

hi i have htc touch diamond2 which is cid lock so i cant flash any unbranded rom on it...i made a gold card through green cable but it doesnt work... So i try another option of full unlock s-off. Green cable successfuuly created two files , one is goldcard and one is topadiag.nbh i followed instructions and inserted card into phone holding down volume button...
after few moments phone shows diag file successfully flashed and in a second screen stuck on "jumping to diagnostic".

1 - Just insert goldcard and try to reflash the phone (if that doesn't work ...)
2 - Hardspl, remember google is your friend

actually hardspl is not working on this phone because it is already tried by someone so hardspl is not working.....i hope there will be another way by using pro cable......i have made goldcard on android phones so many times and soff already worked by pro cable but couldnt succeeded in windows phone...

Yes,only hspl will work for this phone,if phone stuck in bootloader hspl will not work,for that you need proper carrier rom for update.

no phone is in normal condition....i just want a clear answer from support that soff function will not work in this model by pro cable...........i have to look on hardspl or i have any other way ?

gold card will not work for this phone,you must do hspl for rom update.

so its mean................pro cable is useless for windows phone cid unlocking........i think u should mention this on your support site so people willnot misguided anymore..

to use the hspl of this model is bit tricky
and can hspl one time with one ip
so change ip and pc and try again always work

I don´t know about gc made with protool but goldcards do work with TD2, just need to flash a shipped rom (for custom you will need hardspl)

i have changed so many ips and so many pcs but every time hardspl show error that you have to purchase commercial license for hardspl......maybe someone already tried few times on this phone for hardspl......
@luzer i have made goldcard and diag file through procable but both didnt work on this model
