problem unlocking HTC Explorer A310b[answered] - GSM-Forum

hihi.I tried to unlock 1 pc htc explorer a310b but when I connect the phone .dongle and hxc cables(green) everything seems ok,..dongle and cable + phone all detected and able to make auto detect..only problem is all unlock and features option button in grey color..which mean I am unable to make gold card..and unlock,i tried both dongles and cable same results.
can anyone pls help me in this case?

As usual no new phones are supported by HXC Dongle and your phone is also 1 of those so Waite as much as u can may b GPG team hear the voice of there customers and release any update with All the latest phones

I hv facing desire...wildfire s and of course this explorer....
which mean both my dongles..red cable...green cable..all useless gadgets?

I finally saw whats the problem...
when searching for cables its show this cable require for new version dongle<<<what is this?
I buy dongle first then when cable out I buy again both dongle and cable coz i dun wan trouble.
kindly let me know what shall i do ..

if you have green color dongle and green cable used them if you have black dongle then u need a red or black color cable for it

i think you have new dongle and old cable,if you post screen shot i can tell you exactly.
