first you go to FASTBOOT MOOD:
remove battry and hold power+vlome down after see hboot select fastboot whit power botton now connect usb and...

so you chek your driver install in device manager if see android usb devices
you can write this command if not see you need instal final htc driver

if your hboot 1.27.0000,1.29.0000 you need downgrade to androide 2.3.5
and s-0ff and write imei

if you cant i dont any ide!!!

This method working perfectly only usb cable and free software but you must firstly install hboot 1.27 and S-OFF, i m changed successfully...

after instal htc driver extract adb-windows.zip and hold shift+right klick an select command prompt (cmd ) and type this command:

adb reboot bootloader

faestboot oem writeimei 3xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

fastboot getvar imei

---show old imei---
...........
fastboot reboot-bootloader
..........
..........
fastboot getvar imei
---show new imei---

fastboot reboot
......
ok
soo save your mony and enjoy no need jtager and more dongle...
