UNLOCK BOOTLOADER
FILES NEEDED
FILE 1:adb.exe
FILE 2:AdbWinApi.dll
FILE 3:fastboot.exe

CREATE FOLDER C:\Android
PASTE THE 3 FILES TO C:\Android

NOW OPEN COMAND PROMPT BY TYPING CMD AT RUN
TYPE CD C:\Android
THEN TYPE fastboot oem get_identifier_token
RIGHT CLICK AND CLICK MARK (THERE IS NO COPY COMMAND IN DOS HERE)
START MARKING FROM <<<< Identifier Token Start >>>> TO <<<<< Identifier Token End >>>>>
MAKE SURE YOU MARKED JUST THE LIKE BELOW.ANYTHING EXTRA WILL SPOIL THE PROCESS

You've been sent an email with your unlock key as a file attachment. Please review this email for further instructions and a link to complete the Bootloader process."
LATER YOU WILL RECEIEV A FILE Unlock_code.bin THROUGH YOUR MAIL
DOWNLOAD THE FILE AND COPY IT TO C:\Android
NOW OPEN COMAND PROMPT AGAIN AND
TYPE CD C:\Android
THEN TYPE fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin
YOU WILL SEE THIS
sending 'unlocktoken' (0 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.133s]
writing 'unlocktoken'...
(bootloader) unlock token check successfully
OKAY [ 0.007s]
finished. total time: 0.141s

NOW ON YOUR PHONE CLICK YES AND CLICK UNLOCK BOOTLOADER
PHONE WILL RESTART AFTER YOUR CLICK
THAT’S ALL ENJOY UNLOCKED BOOTLODER.

4. In step 10, when posting your token, make sure you remove the blanks preceding each line
5. After you receive your Unlock_code.bin in email, follow step 11.
6. Now your pico aka explorer should reboot and you have your bootloader and sim unlocked.

Note: Bootloader unlock will VOID your WARRANTY, I am not responsible for any damage it may cause

Worked!!! I had a HTC Explorer that doesn't accept unlock code and this method unlocked the phone.

I followed all of the steps and I successfully unlocked the bootloader. However, after my phone rebooted, I noticed there was no signal, and it turns out that once I try to connect to my carrier's network using the settings I get this error: "your sim card does not allow a connection to this network". Please help, I can't call nor recieve calls while this problem persists!

It works!!!! After unlocking the Bootloader the phone automaticy removes the Sim Lock
