Firmware: S8600DDKK4/S8600ODDKK3

Unlocking : ERROR!(NOT PATCHED)
LOADING PATCH FILE : ERROR!(BAD FILE OR FILE NOT EXIST)

trying to factory RESET (i do not have the phone lock code) this device and button is disabled and no options are working properly, is this device with the above firmware supported or not?
