Problem with download of lg and sam software from support - GSM-Forum

I am a new user, i just got my SL-BOX today and have installed it successfully and accessed support site also but have problem downloading SL-BOX LG V1.01 rar and SL-BOX SAMSUNG V1.24. The SL support site does not accept the use of speed downloader and after downloading with very low speed of win dowloader it shows as corrupt file as if i have no winzip installed in my pc. What could be wrong with the support site. Though i succeeded in loading Samsung old version 1.20 which is okay and shows as a zip file. What is wrong with the new updates? Please help, Halas.

While i wait for LG V1.O1 i downloaded samsung v1.24 extracted software and clicked on ACTIVATE but server did not active my blox for samsung. What should i do next. Do i need to do any special thing to activate my box or this is a server problem?

Thanks alot. Next is the activation of my box. What should do to active my sl-box to use the samsung and lg softwares. It appears the server has problem or needs to have my box info pragrammed into it.
