Problem in phone after replace new Duplicate LCD

I did replace of my display a week ago , after putting the battery in, the phone started with white background and black "Blackberry " logo. It confused me in the very begining. After booting the phone i noticed that all icons have very strange colors. Then i set the option "Reverse contrast". Now it looks like it should be but i noticed anothe strange things. All video files played have a reversed contrast as well, but when you stop the video on "pause" then it has notmal colours.

fix Done with GsmFinder Dongle.
now colours perfect

Worth to buy this product.
