I have a problem with my dongle for more than 2 weeks and try to contact you but very hard from you to reply .......

they used team viewer but still the same prob with me, they told me there ia bug in this update they will do it in next time.

Start Registry Editor by clicking the Start button, typing regedit in the Search box, and pressing Enter.
Open the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder ==> "Software" folder ==> "Microsoft" folder==> "Windows" folder ==> "Currentversion" folder.
Click on the Run folder ==> Click on the CC3290MT.DLL file.
Delete the file by pressing Delete CC3290MT.DLL key
