how to identify mfi and app for bb 8520 i have with red light problem and i don't know how to identify the mfi and app from support please help me

first go to blackberry flash tab in software,then write your prd in mfi finder,after that it will show your mfi version,go to download tab in software and download mfi,then again go to blackberry flash tab and select mfi and click on load file,it will be flash your phone with mfi.
now phone should be in factory os,now you need app and sfi,in gsmfinder do readinfo,it will show sfi and app,now again go to download tab and download files then select files and do load files.
now your red light phone is alive

thank's for reply but is showing not found and the customer can't wait and what about bb9930 red light that is the one i have on hand now any solution

you did load mfi?
without load mfi it will now show not found.

no i didn't because i don't know which one to load and when i type the prd to search for the mfi it shows not found but customer can't wait so he took it along but what about bb9930 here is the prd 39474001

sorry is just that the customer can't wait till i repair it and another customer brought 9930 red light sorry again and thank you for the 9930 mfi
