Dongle Error (Answer )

How many users have experienced this problem,personally ihave two dongles with that error.this has come to my attention that perhaps the team is not interested in solving our problems.imagine these answers given by the support team
The first one told me that it was ademaged data card reader I was forced to acquire asecond dongle,
Came the second,iwas told tochange the operating system I did loosing my precious data,
The third told told me it was the internet speed which completely confused as I have used my pc version without internet related cases,plus many boxes which support online unlocking.
Eventually I got last supporter who I appreciated alot when he really committed himself and eventually aggred with me that perhaps it is abug in some dongles as any new product can be.but promised that the coder is working on our cases which will be solved in next update,considently it has bn delivered today without anything like that.For how long should we wait?
Let my fellow users with the same problem post here perhaps the team will look into our problem.personally I have two dongles lying for almost amonth.we need your attention vk
