| i dont have antivirus in my pc nd firewall is disable as well but still this error comes up error:0x00000101 please, reactivate your dongle |

| seems dongle not reactivated properly.. use latest version of software,update dongle is no need,just do reactivate and run software. can you contact me online,i can fix it in few min. |
