Dongle reactive problem [answered]

1st: Check Dongle

2th: Update Dongle

3th: Reactivate Dongle

But

Application Show

Error:0x00000101 Please, Reactivate Your Dongle!!

i dont have antivirus in my pc nd firewall is disable as well
but still
this error comes up

error:0x00000101 please, reactivate your dongle

seems dongle not reactivated properly..
use latest version of software,update dongle is no need,just do reactivate and run software.
can you contact me online,i can fix it in few min.
