Customer Guide

First step is to make a request to purchase a number of credits, and after you make that request you will receive a code which you can pass to one of our resellers from the list.

After the reseller receive the code, he will have to tag this request from his reseller page. Please pay to reseller only after your request had been tagged, as this is confirmation that the person with who talked it is one of resellers. After you make payment and send him prove of the payment, ask him to go ahead and finish the transaction and do not forget to remember him to give you any promotion what you might want.

Notes:
-We have 3 levels for resellers: Reseller (Level1), Distribuitor (Level2), and Master (Level3). Resellers can only give you promotion to a level lower than theirs, and can only do so 1 time per transaction.
-In case the reseller forgot to give you the promotion, send the code from step 1 to him again, and then he can recover the transaction, and give you the promotion, even after he finish it one time.

Reseller Guide

After customer contact you and provide you with a transaction code, you can tag that request from your reseller page.

After you tag the request, tell to the customer to check that his request was tagged and see that you are a reseller on our server and then ask him to go ahead with the payment via a method which both parties have agreed upon.

After you receive prove of payment, you can finish the transaction and give to customer any promotion he might have requested.

Notes:

- Even if you delete the request ( after you finish it), but you forgot to give a promotion to customer, if you have the transaction code you can recover the transaction and give the promotion to the customer.
- You can promote a customer only to a level lower than yours, and can do only 1 time per transaction.

Hi, using the external links o gsm-finder software.. I clicked on "buy online" and i saw the" buy credits item".. So i bought 50 credits.. Without making a credits request... And now my question is... Where are those 50 credits? Paypal payment was accepted by site!.. How can i transfer to my dongle?
