After clicking UNLOCK MEP,my phone bb9000 will not boot up to factory os but will be blinking red light.Pls what do i do?

sorry for you mine is more than 45 days iam waiting for any one to consult me i give them out for free including 210 credits because those dongles are useless for me now any one in need of them should consult me on my snork
