bloger ,i have installer the gsm finder 3.18 ,and i have active the pc ,but i cant open the gsm finde ,have the error "reader can‘t open " pls help me

It is Driver Problem
you check dongle driver
XXXX:\Program Files\GSM-FINDER Dongle Version\drivers\EZYReader2

Now Update 3.2.0 you can download Update Version

I flashed one bb 9800 red light blinking.i downloaded the MFI, SFI and APP and flashed accordingly and successfully but the phone still blinking red.
Pls where may i go wrong?

first load this mfi MFI-30932-018 if after that phone show no application linked then flash with sfi and app,otherwise try 30932-016 and flash phone with sfi and app again.
