| @suriken Sorry bro i have this model s5570 so make video and full solution so 2nd solution this here Ok bro Don`t worry And solve your hand set problem solve : Step 1: Press power on + menu switch (middle of phone)" for 10-15 second... Step 2: After that a menu will open in display.... then select fectory reset phone option... Now phone is restart all user locks are open.
