Re-activation issues gsm finder[answered]


I am not sure whats the problem here, however my dongle SN ID is 440C010E00000C69 when I open the dongle I see that it was already activated by this person: username yogyaphone, email: [email protected], reseller name yogyaphone. the dongle was from GSMFAIR so I don’t understand. I had bought it off ****. please I need help!! thanks in advance. now my box is asking me to re-activate cause I am getting a error to do a re-activation and the dongle is alrady activated by that person. Press Update button on activator will be ok

Login with the existing registered account of the particular dongle
( If you login with wrong username and pass that not belong to this dongle, it will not fix the error)
or contact to your reseller.
